Orders and pricing
Orders are accepted subject to availability, payment confirmation and our ability to fulfil the requested design and timeline. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Dispatch and shipping
Our pieces are artisanal and handcrafted. Please allow 5–7 days from the order date for preparation and dispatch. A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all orders.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom and bulk orders may require a separate production timeline. They are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. Cancellations are accepted only before an order is shipped.
