About our handmade crochet
Everything in this shop is crocheted by hand in India, in cotton yarn chosen for how it holds a stitch and how it feels after a wash. There is no machine version of this work: a scrunchie is an evening’s work and a gajra is most of a day, which is why the collection stays small and changes slowly.
The flowers — roses, daisies, sunflowers and lavender — are worked petal by petal and never wilt, which makes them the gift people keep on a desk for years. The bags and everyday pieces are the ones that get used daily: scrunchies, claw clips and granny-square pouches. The accessories are for occasions, hair and gifting.
Most pieces are made to order, so colour, size and finish can be changed — tell us what you want made and we will confirm whether it is possible, what it costs and how long it will take before anything starts. For employee kits, wedding favours and event gifting we work to bulk quotations with GST invoicing.
