Privacy requests and grievances
To see, correct or delete the personal information you have given us — your order details, or anything you sent in an enquiry — write to us on the WhatsApp number above or at contact@crochetstudio.in with the word privacy and what you would like done. Checkout here is a guest checkout, so there is no account to close; what exists is the order record and the conversation.
We aim to acknowledge within 7 working days. Invoices and tax records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted on request, and we will say so plainly if that applies to yours. What we hold, and who else handles it, is listed on the privacy page.
A named grievance officer and a registered business address are being finalised and will be published here. Until then WhatsApp and email are answered by the people who run the studio, and WhatsApp is the fastest route to a person.
